My daughter has been drinking…
this substance of out-of-this-world nutritious deliciousness.
And that is exactly what is in it: carrots, apples, a chunk of ginger. That’s it.
I decided it was time to dig our beloved juicer out from the depths of the “moldy pile” we’d left it in when unpacking our stinking storage unit into our new garage.
Here she is in all her misery…just waiting for someone to love her.
Today is her big day.
Back in action…looking better than ever.
Seeing so much of the nutrition in fruits and vegetables are in, or just beneath, their skin, I don’t peel them. I simply scrub ‘em up, and then save the dry shreds in a baggie in the freezer for my next batch of astonishingly delicious Morning Glory Muffins.

This was our wake-up zinger this morning.
Yes, of course I had a cup of tea. I don’t even open my eyes fully until the first cup of tea or coffee is fully drained. But I chased it with a carrot, apple, ginger “martini”…because I’m incredibly health-conscious like that.
Yeah.
