We’re headed out to the west side of the State to go camping tomorrow. You know, the ‘sleeping in a tent’ type camping. For 3 days and 2 nights. With our children. For the first time ever.
Yes, we’re crazy. And no, we haven’t a clue what we’re in for.
I am both terrified and giddy with excitement, all at the same time.
The sound machine and extension cord are packed. And band aids. Lots of Band-Aids. And bug spray.
Send prayers.
If you don’t hear from me by next Wednesday, send help.
Until then, enjoy this beautiful wee babe I got to snap photies of this evening (after enjoying a yummy dinner of homemade ravioli – photos of ‘the making of’, I have yet to post – with her precious parents and big brother)…
My uterus is feeling lonely. Only sort of.
Considering how much ravioli I ate tonight, I could probably hold up a pair of maternity pants quite nicely.
Enough banter.
My husband is home tonight and our glorious bed beckons.
{Camping, remember. Pray!}
